Mango Mousse (Instant Version)

Instructions

1.Place the gelatin and water in a container for 10 minutes and dissolve in the microwave

2.Pour in the mango pulp and stir well.

3.Pour in the instant cheese powder and milk until thick and mix well with the mango mixture. Combine chiffon cake slices and mango mousse in a mould and chill to set.

  • 3g Gelatin
  • 15g Water
  • 10g Instant cheese powder
  • 40g Milk
  • 40g Mango protoplasmic
  • 2.5g Calorie Free Sugar powder(Twice as sweet)
  • Appropriate Chiffon cake slices
