Instructions

1.Soften the butter and beat well with calorie free powdered sugar. Whip the egg in 3 batches until emulsified. Pour in the low and high gluten flour and mix well.

2.Shape the cookie dough on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.

  • 185g Low gluten flour
  • 15g High gluten flour
