1.Whisk together egg yolks, corn oil, milk and 5g calorie free sugar until fully emulsified. Pour in the low gluten flour and mix well.

2.First whip egg whites, cream of tartar and 20g calorie free sugar powder until 80% foaming. Next,add a third to step 1 and mix well. Then,Pour in the remaining egg white mixture and mix well. Pour into the baking tray and flatten about 1.5 thickness.Finally, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 14-16 minutes.
